A wide range of access control configurations for pedestrians can be be offered to meet your demand. Using high efficient RA detectors integrated with a range of tourniquettes, barriers and gates almost unlimited ways for access control are possible.
Fixed-Installed Pedestrian access systems can be installed at the facilities that use or produce radioactive and nuclear materials, at customs and border checkpoints, at the organizations and offices to prevent the illicit penetration of radioactive sources to their territories. All systems can be configured in general with two main detector modules: gamma radiation detector module and the neutron radiation detector module with independent controllers. The monitors are suited to extreme climates and harsh environments. Depending on the requirements and applications the pedestrian monitors may be integrated or instealled ajacent to the access point. They may have various heights to the control area as well. The monitors are designed for control of gamma or neutron or both gamma and neutron radiation. The access points can be equipped with video monitoring system, computer and pager communication to the central building management system and specialists responsible for performing the procedures of radiation control process.
